Unlike most of the country and much of the state, Santa Barbara’s real estate market really doesn’t slow down much during the holiday and winter seasons. Many serious buyers and sellers find it a great time to focus. As shown by ten years of South Santa Barbara County sales statistics the number of closings for the months of December and January is only 10% lower on average than the number of closings for September and October.
I appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your most important real estate questions and needs this holiday season!
